Baldwin Consulting Group specialises in managing conferences, seminars and workshops.
Our experience embraces not-for-profit professional membership organisations, the franchise sector, small to medium sized enterprises (SME’s) as well as large corporations and government.
Organisations can only survive in today’s competitive environment by embracing constant change. Change begins with people and the most cost-effective way to implement change in an organisation is to bring your people together as one. This may involve key personnel or the entire workforce. We have organised meetings for 6 people and conferences for over 600.
Conferences and meetings bring people together for a purpose - usually to solve a problem, inform or educate to bring about changed behaviour of some description. With our background in management, education, administration and organisational change, we are ideally positioned to advise, implement and manage your event to achieve specific outcomes.

Once you tell us your vision for your event, it is our role to make it happen in consultation with you and other key personnel. One of the principals of the company will personally manage your conference coordination.
Regular progress meetings will be scheduled to ensure the highest level of communication is maintained between us. We work towards developing a clear understanding of your needs, the objectives of the event and the image you wish to present.
We will provide information on available resources based on our knowledge, expertise and industry contacts to ensure the success of your conference.
