Outdoor Insights ACT

Team building events are the basis of our conference support programs, which are designed to reinforce your conference/meeting objectives or simply provide some fun breakout time on the agenda!

Activities can be indoor or outdoor and be run in the grounds of the venue or a nearby area of open space!

Sessions can run from a few hours to a whole day and can include evening activities. We are often asked to design scenarios and activities to support conference themes.

Some examples of activities and supporting concepts include:

• Large Group Activities- problem solving in a team environment, team leadership, communication & breaking down the 'silo-mentality' in the workplace.

• Team Challenge Scenarios-planning & logistics, working together for a common goal, one 'big team'!

• High & Low Wires- trust & team support, goal setting, stepping out of your comfort zone!

• The National Treasure Hunt - takes your conference participants on a journey by foot to unlock the secrets of our Nation.
  

• The Amazing Race - based on the popular “Amazing Race TV series,

• Corporate Eco-Challenge 

We are happy to work with you to design an activity or process that will meet your conference objectives.

Team Events are designed to create team experiences that will bring your team together, stimulating team identity, spirit and belonging. The events are designed to be fun and/or adventurous so they are long remembered!

The difference between Team Events and Team development/building programs is that Team Events focus on team bonding and have usually do not have any theoretical content or in-depth debriefing.

Bonding is about team spirit, belonging and just getting to know each other outside the normal work environment.

Outdoor Insights Team Events run from as little as two hours and can be designed for up to 200 participants!
